Return Policy For Covered Products
TORRX RETURN AND WARRANTY POLICY FOR TORRX PRODUCT EFFECTIVE AS OF MAY 10, 2017 (“Policy Date”)
TorrX, Inc. (“TorrX”) provides the following return and warranty policy (the “Return and Warranty Policy”) for its products purchased directly from TorrX via telephone or TorrX’s website and a limited warranty for its smart ball pump products that are purchased directly from TorrX or an authorized TorrX dealer (collectively “Covered Products”). All time periods for allowable returns and limited warranty claims run from the date (the “Purchase Date”) that a purchaser first purchased Covered Products.
Covered Products in their original packaging may be returned for any reason within 30 days after the Purchase Date.
Limited Warranty For Covered Products
Covered Products are warranted for 90 days from the Purchase Date against defects in materials and workmanship. TorrX will remedy a breach of this warranty either through repair or replacement of any affected Covered Products.
Effective Date, Revisions and Privacy Policy.
This Return and Warranty Policy shall be in effect as of the date listed above and may be revised at any time by TorrX. Any purchaser of a Covered Product will only be bound by the version of the Return and Warranty Policy in effect at the time such purchaser purchased the Covered Product.
Scope of Warranty and Transferability.
No warranties or other return rights are provided by TorrX for Covered Products except for those limited warranties and rights stated herein. TorrX does not provide any promise or warranty of error-free operation of any Covered Products.
The limited warranties described here do not apply for Covered Products that were used outside of the United States or Canada, contain missing or altered serial numbers, have missing housings or tampered packaging or casing, or have defects caused by third party accessories, parts or components.
Warranty Claim - Initial Procedure.
If you discover what you believe is a breach of the warranty for a Covered Product, please contact TorrX customer support at Support@TorrX.com.
TorrX customer support personnel are available to assist in diagnosing problems and determining whether repair or replacement is covered.
Possible Remedies For Warranty Breaches and Time Period.
If TorrX determines that it has breached the limited warranties offered under this Return and Warranty Policy, TorrX will either repair or replace the affected Covered Product. Any provisions of repair or replacement will not extend the limited warranty period.
Procedure For Returning Covered Products For Warranty Claims.
Request an RMA. Contact TorrX customer support at Support@TorrX.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization number.
Use the original TorrX boxes. All Covered Products must be returned in the original packaging with all contents included.
Use a TorrX prepaid returns electronic shipping label. TorrX will not be responsible for processing Covered Products sent using an alternate carrier or shipping label.
Email your return shipment tracking number to Support@TorrX.com and include the RMA number in the subject line.
Within 30 days after the Purchase Date, if you purchased a Covered Product directly from TorrX and are not satisfied in any way, you may request a refund from TorrX as long as the Covered Product is returned with all original packaging in new or resaleable condition.
