Return Policy
Products in their original packaging may be returned for any reason within 30 days after the Purchase Date.
Limited Warranty
Products are warranted for 90 days from the Purchase Date against defects in materials and workmanship. TorrX will remedy a breach of this warranty either through repair or replacement of any affected Covered Products.
To request warranty service or support:
- Register your product (if you have not already done so).

- Date of purchase
- Location purchased (e.g. Amazon.com, TorrX.com)
- Reason for your request
- Your contact information (email and/or phone)
